Instructions
Making slime involves trial and error, so don't worry if it takes some time to figure it out. You'll also find that you have preferences in consistency and texture and as you make slime you can adjust to your preferences!
Step 1: Measure out one cup of hot water and place into a cup or additional container, once measured out, measure out one teaspoon of borax powder. Once measured out, put in the hot water and mix until dissolved. When this is done, put the borax mixture aside.
Step 2: Grab bowl or reusable container and measure out one cup of the Elmer's white school glue. Pour the glue into bowl or container and add colouring if you want to, and then mix it together.
Step 3: After glue and colour is combined, take 1 teaspoon of borax water and put it into a bowl of the glue. Slowly add the borax one teaspoon at a time, until the slime starts to pull away from the side of your bowl and or is not too sticky to touch. You will need approximately 6 teaspoons of borax.
You will need to get your hands messy but the borax need to be fully incorporated with the glue to form slime. Keep mixing and kneading until not sticky anymore but pay close attention to how much borax you add and add it slowly.
After the slime is no longer sticky it is ready to be played with!
